  1. Healthy bowel progam

Drink 2.5 g (or 1/2 teaspoon) of Colonwell fiber mixed with 100ml of water, 2-3 times a day, best before meals. Drink an additional glass of water.

  1. Slimming program

For first 3 days take 1 teaspoon of Colonwell fiber  mixed with a glass of water instead of dinner, after 3 days increase  dose to 2-3 teaspoons . It is important to increase your fiber intake gradually. Drink an additional glass of  water.

  1. Slimming and Healthy bowel program

5 days take for 1/2 teaspoon Colonwell fiber mixed with a glass of water. Take 2-3 times a day, best  before meals. Drink an additional glass of water. After 5 days go to slimming program.
